The residential and commercial building “Pinkas” Residence is being constructed in Zavidovići, in the very center of the city.

The building consists of ground floor + 4 floors, with residential units ranging from 61 to 121 m².

Commercial spaces are also available on the ground floor, with areas of 58.01 m², 79.29 m², and 97.29 m².

Only high-quality materials will be used in the construction, including Porotherm blocks 15–25 cm, 6-chamber exterior joinery with triple thermal glazing, a façade with 10 cm Styrofoam insulation, reinforced and fire-resistant entrance doors for residential units, oak parquet flooring, first-class ceramic tiles, Italian showers, built-in Geberit concealed cisterns, and a comfortable electric elevator.
