Fishpond and restaurant with an unfinished motel, located in an exceptionally preserved natural environment, approximately 15 km from Zavidovići and positioned directly next to the attractive tourist complex Kamenica.

All already constructed facilities have valid permits. The restaurant with kitchen is currently operating with a capacity of approximately 70 seats. The motel offers 5 rooms, which are not fully completed.

The fishpond consists of 13 pools and a fish hatchery, with an artificial lake of approximately 4,500 m³ also available. The riverbed of the small river passing through the property has been regulated and reinforced, and a micro hydro power plant has been built to supply the complex with the necessary electricity. The offer also includes an attractively arranged children’s park with a lawn.

Additional facilities include storage space, a security facility, access roads, as well as an area for receiving and delivering goods.

With certain investments, the complex has further development potential in the direction of building guest bungalows, a larger swimming pool, a sports and recreation center, and similar facilities.
